Group Therapy

At IMPACT, we believe in the transformative power of community. We believe healing happens through shared experiences and supportive connections. Our therapy groups provide a safe and nurturing space for individuals seeking understanding, growth, and connection on their journey to well-being.

Our therapy groups offer a unique opportunity to connect with others who share similar challenges, providing a sense of belonging and understanding that can be profoundly healing. In a group setting, individuals have the chance to gain insights, share perspectives, and receive support from their peers.

Why Choose Group Therapy?

  1. Connection and Understanding: Connect with others who are facing similar struggles, fostering a sense of community and understanding that is often unparalleled.

  2. Diverse Perspectives: Benefit from a variety of perspectives and coping strategies as group members share their experiences and insights.

  3. Supportive Environment: Our therapy groups provide a safe and confidential space where individuals can express themselves openly without fear of judgment.

  4. Cost-Effective: Group therapy offers a cost-effective alternative to individual therapy while providing valuable support and guidance.

Our Group Leaders

Our experienced and compassionate therapists lead each group with expertise and skill. Our facilitators create an environment that encourages open communication, trust, and personal growth. Together, we navigate the journey toward healing, resilience, and positive change.
